Class Schedule

Cedar Wellness studio is pleased to offer a range of classes. There is a class for everyone, no matter what your level of fitness may be.

All current pound and yoga classes are now offered online and in-studio please be sure to register for the correct class.

Par-Q and Waiver of Liability Form links will be sent in the booking confirmation email and must be filled out prior to class (if you have not filled one out within the last year).

Class booking is limited to one per person (based on email address) per class as PAR Q Forms and Waivers are important.
