
Sunrise Meditation and Mantra – 7:00 am – online
This class is an amazing mix of meditation, mantras, breath work, chakras, mudras and affirmations with goal setting. We bring all of these together for 30 minutes. This class will always be before sunrise as well as we will use our mantras for specifically 11 minutes.
Meditation is an ancient wellness practice that focuses on training awareness, attention, and compassion. In recent years, research has found that meditation can reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and concentration, and increase feelings of calmness.
What is a mantra – a word or phrase you repeat during meditation. Mantras help to release your monkey mind. What is a mudra- a mudra Is a seal or gesture and is a symbolic gesture or pose performed with hands and fingers.
What are chakras – chakras refers to wheels of energy throughout the body. There are seven main chakras, which align the spine, starting from the base of the spine through to the crown of the head.
