Spin and Stretch – 8:30 am in the Cedar Wellness Studio
Cedar Wellness Spin Classes are awesome! This 45 minute class is lots of fun and we ride to amazing music. Members will ride a stationary bike and pedal for the full 45 minutes of class. The awesome benefits of spin is members can adjust the resistance to make it easier or more challenging for themselves. This gives each member the opportunity to ride at a pace that is comfortable for them. This class consists of drills such as climbs, sprints, HIIT, jumps, endurance, push backs and more. We use high intensity work followed by short recovery periods. This class is all around fun and we ride with the lights off and instead use our midnight lights.
