Morning Movement Yoga – Sat @10:00 am
Our morning movement yoga class will help to ease us into our day and weekend. We will focus on our sun salutations (surya namaskar) and invite in our breath. We will enjoy a slow flow with stretching along the way.
This class will be available both online (virtual) and indoor (unless weather is good, we may move outdoor). During registration you can choose between Virtual and Outdoor settings.
