Vinyasa Flow Yoga – 8:30 am
This class is a vinyasa flow yoga. Vinyasa is a style of yoga that connects postures together so we move or flow from one to the next using our breathe. The flow of this class is often repetitive that allows our mind to focus and our body to move. All of our classes incorporate teaching from a trauma – sensitive yoga class.
