Mix of Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga – 8:30 am

This class is a Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga. Hatha yoga involves a set of yoga poses and breathing techniques practiced more slowly with more static posture holds. Vinyasa is a style of yoga that connects postures together so we move or flow from one to the next using our breathe.  All of our classes incorporate teaching from a trauma – sensitive yoga class.
