Mix of Hatha & Iyengar Yoga – 7:00 pm
This class is a Hatha and Iyengar style yoga. Hatha yoga involves a set of yoga poses and breathing techniques practiced more slowly with more static posture holds. Iyengar yoga is based on Hatha yoga. When we incorporate Iyengar yoga we focus strong on our alignment and use of props. All of our classes incorporate teaching from a trauma – sensitive yoga class.
