The Moon Salutation, known in Sanskrit as “Chandra Namaskara” is a series of poses performed in a particular sequence to create a cooling flow of movement. This class will be an a 30 minute flow with breath work to start followed by our moon flow ending by getting the body ready for a restful sleep. The date of our moon flow will often not be on days of new or full moon.
