Back to Basics Yoga – Friday @ 10am
This yoga class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slow paced, focuses on developing self awareness in the body and deepening your personal practice. Participants will be introduced to the basics of yoga postures and breath work. This class is great for any beginner to moderate level participant. All levels are welcome!
